After a retirement and a defeat in the two previous outings, Yeovil's Ricky Wiggins will be out to re-establish his mastery in the 10th round of the South West Centre Trial Championship on Sunday.

The Yeo Vale club's promotion at Hinton Park Farm, near Crewkerne, is expected to attract all the major contenders, including Nick and Jimmy Baker, Ben Bramwell, Ross and Keelan Hancock, and Jason Lawer.

The Exmoor club are catering for more than 100 competitors in their South West Championship Enduro at Timberscombe, near Minehead, on Sunday.

The three-hour marathon is set to take place over a five-mile circuit at Allercott Pits, but the West Wilts club's similar event at Lea, near Malmesbury, the same day has been called off because there were too few entries.

Bristol's John May and George Davis, from Marshfield, go to the 10th round of the Remedies Bar Motocross Championships at Little Silver, near Exeter, on Sunday, holding the top two places in the expert open event. But, with David Yelland and Seb Osborne also in the line-up, they face three tough 25-minute races.
