Return of the law and order party
WHAT good news it was to read how at long last the Tories, the party for law and order, are finally getting their act together. The new Justice Secretary Chris Grayling in his first Tory Party Conference speech in Birmingham said he plans to change the law to ensure householders who defend their homes when confronted by burglars are to get more protection under government plans after Britain's most senior judge reinforced the notion that a person's home is their castle.
Until we see more police on the streets we may see more people taking the law into their own hands and vigilantes sorting out our criminals.
