Reed shows her commitment to the Avon squad
IT was nice to see Emma Reed running around at the South West Schools' Championships on Saturday. The 23-year-old Bristol & West runner has suffered severe health problems in recent years, but is now well enough to assist Victoria Kenny with her warm-up and generally help out with the Avon squad.
The Avon Schools' Sportshall Championships will be held at Bristol Grammar School on Saturday (10am) and individual entries will be taken on the day. For further details email Dave Turner at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
