Rail passengers are facing delays this morning with disruption to services to and from London Paddington due to the severe weather conditions.

First Great Western was this morning advising customers not to travel unless necessary.

Services between Bristol Temple Meads and London Paddington are partly suspended but trains are still leaving on the hour.

There is also a reduced service still running from Swansea to London Paddington via Bristol Parkway.

However, once the trains reach Reading, the services are being disrupted further due to the snow between the station and London Paddington.

Passengers can expect short notice alterations, cancellations and delays of up to 30 minutes.
