This is Bristol

A violent criminal who has gone on the run from a Birmingham bail hostel could be in Bristol.

Shaun Higgins, 34, went missing after he was released from prison on strict parole conditions on March 2. He has connections with the Bristol area.

He has a violent criminal history and police say that if members of the public spot him, they should not approach him but call police on 999.

Anyone with information about his possible whereabouts can call police in Birmingham on 0845 113 5000.

    Surely that is enough to stop someone with a violent criminal history offending again!!”
