A man has been arrested on suspicion of raping a 15-year-old girl in an alleyway in Weston-super-Mare.

The incident happened in Christ Church Lane, which runs from Wooler Road to Baker Street, between 10pm and 10.30pm on Friday. Following a complaint by the youngster a 26-year-old man was arrested.
