Police appeal after hit and run in King Street
Police are appealing for witnesses of a hit and run incident in the city centre last Friday.
A 25-year-old man was struck by a Range Rover at around 3.30am on King Street at the junction with Charlotte Street. The man was hospitalised with serious injuries.

The vehicle was stopped by police a short time later and a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. He has been released on police bail.
Officers investigating the incident would now like to speak to anyone who was at the scene. They are asked to call Avon and Somerset Police on 101 with crime reference number 132466/12.
