Plea for help over missing dog Uber
The owner of a missing dog which escaped from a car and was hit by an oncoming vehicle on Friday has put out a desperate plea for help in tracking her down.
Jenny Spence, 25, from Frampton Cotterell said the two-year-old chocolate brown doberman cross, named Uber, lept out of the car in Bedminster at around 6.45pm on Friday.

Since then Ms Spence says Uber has been spotted on the Ashton bypass, on North Street, in Lawrence Weston and Lawrence Hill.
She said: "Everyone please help she has no idea about Bristol and no road sense. This dog means the world to me and I literally can not imagine life without her. She must be so scared and tired and the nights are freezing."

“Uber has been found and is back home, her owner say's
"She is pretty skinny and a few bumps and cuts, nothing serious luckily. She is off to the vets tonight to be checked over and has just had a warm shower to remove the 'bin' smell and is now fast asleep on her bed like nothing happened!"”
