Evening Post cricketer of the week winner
Ian Phipps' maiden ton for Carsons/Mangotsfield 2nds earned him the Evening Post cricketer of the week award.
The 46-year-old was 139 not out in his side's abandoned match against Lympsham in the 2nd XI Division Three of the Bristol & District league.

Carsons' vice-captain Andy Durnell was delighted to see his No 3 batsman hit the hundred-mark.
He said: "He's not been too bad so far this season. He's had a few good starts. He was in the high 20s the weekend before, but on Saturday it all clicked."
Despite starting slowly – it took him 25 overs to reach 50, Phipps let loose in the final overs to record his first century for a club he has played for since his teens.
"I think he was surprised that he got to the 100 so quickly after the 50," added Durnell.
"He was dropped when he was in the 40s and was lucky because it was a very catchable shot, but other than that he made few mistakes."
Durnell was disappointed Phipps' innings, which included 13 fours and six sixes, did not result in a much-needed victory.
The club are struggling near the bottom of the division having won just two games.
At the weekend, they were on course for victory having given Lympsham a testing total of 265-7 to chase.
"The weather really conspired against us," said Durnell. "We only bowled eight overs after lunch before the rain came in and the match was abandoned. It was frustrating because we had given them a high total to chase."
He added: "Our aim is to stay up and if we bat like we did on Saturday then it is achievable.
"The biggest problem will be player availability with people going on holidays.
"But if Phipps can hit a 100 every week, we should be fine."
