Pedestrian hit by bus on A4174 suffers head injuries
A PEDESTRIAN suffered head injuries when he was hit by a bus on the A4174 Station Road in Filton.
The 25-year-old was struck at about 6.20pm yesterday.

A PEDESTRIAN suffered head injuries when he was hit by a bus on the A4174 Station Road in Filton.
Crews of paramedics from South Western Ambulance Service and the nearby Great Western Air Ambulance attended to treat the man, who was taken to Frenchay Hospital.
SWAS spokeswoman Victoria Eld said the patient's condition was described as "stable" by hospital staff.

The road where the collision happened, near the busy Abbeywood roundabout, was shut for about an hour but had reopened 7.20pm.
Traffic congestion continued for a while afterwards.
It is not yet clear how the crash happened, or whether the man was crossing the road at the time.
