Paulton announce free admission for under-16s
Paulton Rovers are doing their bit to maintain the FA Cup feel-good factor around their club by allowing under-16s in for free for the rest of the season.
The Zamaretto Southern League team's crowds have gone up by almost 50 per cent this campaign after they progressed to the first round proper and were beaten 7-0 by Norwich City in a match shown live on ITV.
Paulton won their following three games – including Tuesday night's game at Cinderford – to move up to fifth in Division One South and West.
Club secretary Andy Harris said: "Our gates are up by about 46 per cent the last time I saw the figures, and for our last home game (against AFC Hayes) we had a bumper crowd of 317."
The offer starts with Saturday's game against bottom club Bracknell Town.
