Patchway pupils enjoy fete to mark 150th anniversary
Pupils at a Patchway school brought a week of events to mark its 150th anniversary to a close with a fete.
During the celebrations the children of St Chad's C of E Primary School discovered what it would have been like to be in a Victorian classroom.

Former pupils and staff also visited for an open afternoon and evening, where they toured the school, browsed through historical artefacts and met old friends. Head teacher, Tony Cooper, said: "The children really enjoyed it. It's important for us to recognise this anniversary and we will be continuing the celebrations throughout the rest of the year."
