A party has been organised for volunteers who worked at St Peter's Hospice in Knowle.

People who volunteered at the St Agnes Avenue site, which closed to patients last month, are invited to the celebration at the hall in Redcatch Community Centre.

The party has been organised so that those who will no longer be volunteering at the hospice can say goodbye to the colleagues they worked with over the years.

Everyone is welcome whether they volunteered in the inpatients unit, day hospice or in an administrative capacity

It is also open to volunteers who left before the hospice closed..

The event on Saturday, December 12 will run from 7pm to 10pm.

Guests are asked to pay £1 to cover the cost of the hall and the raffle.
