Jean Claude Satin's five-wicket haul helped Twyford House inflict the first defeat of the summer on Senior Division leaders Pak Bristolians.

Opener Mark Fowler's 84 from 122 balls, including seven fours, and Ian Reed's 37 from 60 balls allowed House to post 210-7. Manwar Hussain took 5-38.

The Shirehampton side's bowlers then took over as Bristolians collapsed to 136. Ross Sutton claimed 4-53 before Satin took 5-5 as he skittled the tail-enders.

Dave Filer took 3-61 and hit 50 from 59 balls as Chew Magna beat Hampset by three wickets.

Scott Costello (79) and Julian Crouch (40) shared a 91-run fourth- wicket stand for Hampset. Duncan Taylor and Mark Anderton also claimed three wickets.

Filer's 50 from 59 balls included four fours and three sixes, while Mike Denning also hit a half-century from 58 balls, including eight fours and a six.

Skipper David Colyer took 5-48 in Portishead's 46-run win over St Mary Redcliffe. Andy Thomas hit an unbeaten 72 as Portishead made 232.

Almondsbury's revival hit the buffers after they were beaten by 66 runs by Failand & Portbury. George Humphreys cracked 75 for Failand.

In Division One, Majid (123) and Jamil (104 not out) both hit centuries in Bristol Pakistanis' a high-scoring contest with Coalpit Heath.

Batting first, the Pakistanis made 322-5 before Heath – with Darren Wesson and Shane Tremlin making 93 and 76 not out respectively – finished on 304-9.

Leaders Phoenix West Indies saw off one of their promotion rivals, beating Old Down by 10 wickets with Zane Bowing hitting 88 not out. Zara took 8-48 as the Windies skittled Old Down for 138.

Hanham secured a three-wicket success against Frampton Cotterell thanks to Craig Davis' 69. Nav Nayak also scored 69 for Frampton.

Sajeeva finished with 5-33 in Bristol Sri Lankans one-wicket defeat to Bradley Stoke.

In Division Two, skipper Mark Lucas hit 92 not out to inspire Bitton to an eight-wicket win over St George/Roman Glass.

Jer Board hit 85 as Blagdon beat Patchway by nine wickets. Chris Hull scored 67 for Patchway.

Captain Jamie Peters hit 73 but could not prevent Gordano Valley from losing by 14 runs to Woodpeckers. J Robinson scored 74 for Woodpeckers.

In Division Three, S Malik cracked 128 in Bristol Fighting Spirit's 245 before Bohemians scored 195-9.

University of Bristol Staff cruised to a 123-run victory against Bishop Sutton thanks to Chris Bell hitting 81 not out from 67 balls, including eight fours and four sixes.

Bristol Indians thrashed Old Elizabethans by 126 runs. Amit Chib first hit 105, including 12 fours, in the Indians 211-7 before Sahil Patel took over with the ball and claimed 8-44 as Elizabethans made 85.
