Pair jailed for running Bristol brothel
A couple who ran a huge network of brothels around the country, including one in Bristol, have been jailed.
Alexsander Sochacki, 41, and Aleksandra Bryll, 29, were sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court yesterday for conspiracy to manage brothels.
Sochacki was jailed for three years and Bryll was ordered to serve a one-year term.
The court was told they advertised for women to work as prostitutes in Poland, flew them over and rented premises, including a site in Bedminster Road, Bristol, for them to work in.

In July 2010, a multi-police operation led to raids at the pair's brothels which also included sites in Ipswich, Norwich, Colchester, Swindon, Newquay and Tedburn St Mary in Devon.
Following the raids, police said five people who had been sexually exploited were found.
Bryll pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing, but Sochacki was found guilty by a jury, after denying the charge.
