OLD Redcliffians' first-team squad may be coming to terms with relegation from National Three South West, but the club's three other senior sides completed a unique hat-trick of league championships.

The 2nds cruised to the Somerset One title with a 100 per cent win record from 26 outings, with utility back Matt Lewis scoring 32 tries and fly-half Nick Pursall contributing a staggering 308 points.

Matt Bright's side ended their campaign with a 26-3 victory at Wells, thanks to tries from Jason Owen, Chris Yandell, Mark Caddick and Joe Woodward.

The 3rds, meanwhile, finished 11 points clear of their nearest rivals to lift the Somerset Two North crown. Flanker Dave Jones and winger Luke Witts top-scored with 11 tries apiece, while leading points scorer was fly-half Alex Rumley with 91.

Three penalties from 17-year-old stand-off Rowan Coombes helped Reds round off their campaign with a 9-9 draw at Bristol Harlequins.

Reds 4ths are also on the way up after topping Somerset Three North by winning 18 of their 22 fixtures. Tony Bray was leading try-scorer with 16 and flanker Josh Woodman appeared in the most games, starting 15 times.
