He always looked a threat, and whenever he was on the ball he gave the impression something could happen.
O'Neil scored Bloomfield's second goal. He received the ball on the left wing and went past two defenders, which left him one-on-one with Steve Beechan, goalkeeper for Coupland Insulation.
His shot hit Beechan on the way to goal. This slowed the ball up, but O'Neil followed it in and made sure of the goal by hammering the ball into the back of the net from just a yard out.
His greatest asset is his dribbling ability; he was excellent on the ball, carrying the ball forward at pace and with good balance.
He ran at the Coupland defence on numerous occasions and was a constant thorn in their side.
The skilful winger showed he could also cross the ball as well, whipping in some decent crosses into the box, which gave his forwards a good supply of ammunition from which to score.
Inter The Bloomfield manager Mark McNalty said: "He's a fast winger, intelligent on the ball and he does the simple things well."
O'Neil said: "It was a good team performance, we worked hard and, hopefully, we can go all the way now."
The most skilful player on the pitch, O'Neil showed fantastic close control, pace and a good work rate.
He is a valuable asset for Bloomfield and could be the difference in their semi-final.
