DODINGTON FC, Carmel Reserves, Broad Walk Athletic, Warmley Utd, Westerleigh Reserves and AFC Whitchurch were the new teams elected to the Bristol & Avon League during the AGM at Shirehampton FC.

Broad Walk Reserves will be known as The Park Knowle Reserves and will play in the Premier Division.

Fixtures secretary Dave Webb took over as treasurer from Jack Moody-Grant, who stood down for personal reasons and he is also the president elect to follow Mrs Hughes in office.

Other officers elected: Peter McPherson (chairman), Gerry Witcombe (secretary), Tony Lidbury (Referees' Secretary) and Steve Saunders (registration secretary), while Shaun Hawkins, of Wessex Wanderers, continues on the management committee with Nick Potter.

The league still has vacancies for next season and any interested clubs should contact Gerry Witcombe ( 0117 963 1674).
