The 30-year-old, who has been practising Martial Arts since he was four, said the club can help character development, positive thinking and self confidence, as well as physical and mental alertness.
He said: "I've got a 10-year-old daughter so I know children can be into their computers and fitness tends to come second. We've just started this club and the idea is all about young people improving their fitness and trying styles of martial arts."
Mr Brady started training when his mother took up self-defence. When he was eight, he began fighting in European tournaments representing Bristol Full Contact Karate and the Bristol Lau Gar Death Squad. At nine, he had achieved his black belt and went on to win titles such as British Kung Fu Association national champion and World Kickboxing Association European champion.
He now works as a personal trainer for his company Concept Martial Arts.
