New graffiti appears on landmark Banksy wall in Bristol
A GRAFFITI artwork has appeared on a wall previously adorned by a landmark Banksy work.
But the new stencil picture which appears to show David Cameron and Boris Johnson as rioters, is not believed to be by the feted Bristol street artist.

The new graffiti on Upper Maudlin Street, Bristol, is not thought to be the work of Banksy.
The picture, thought to have been sprayed during the course of Monday night, is on the same wall in Upper Maudlin Street where a Banksy mural depicting a boy and a police marksman was sprayed over last year.
It is believed the messily-stencilled figures throwing missiles are supposed to be the London mayor and the Prime Minister, as they appear alongside the words "Eton Posse" – a reference to the public school both men attended.
The work also features the word "Hoax", a possible signature.
Banksy's works are normally claimed by the artist by posting them on his official website. The new image had not been uploaded yesterday and there was no response by his representatives to a request from the Evening Post to verify whether the image was produced by Banksy.
The original stencil, on the wall of the Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal offices, was destroyed after being covered in black paint.

“W're really pleased to have a new artwork above our shop, esp one that creates so many smiles and conversations, and great replacement for the vandalised Banksy. https://http://tinyurl.com/7epdvms”

“I don't really mind it. I don't agree with the politics it's coming from, but at least the artist made an effort to actually make some art.”
