New Year's Eve crash victim Ryan Moore's son born on Valentine's Day
THE fiancée of Ryan Moore, who died in a car accident after a New Year's Eve party, has given birth to their baby.
Little Ryley arrived on Valentine's Day – just five weeks after his dad died.
His mother Hayley Johnstone, 22, had accepted Ryan's proposal just hours before he got into his car and collided with a wall in Queen's Road, Bishopsworth.
She believes their son Ryley, who has adopted parts of both parents' names, was the "perfect Valentine's present" from her childhood sweetheart.

The little boy, who Hayley describes as his "dad's double", was born at Southmead Hospital weighing 7lbs 4oz.
She said: "Ryley's birth means everything to me – having him I have a part of Ryan with me as he looks so much like his dad which I'm so pleased about.
"He has been an absolute angel – I have never seen a baby who is so calm and contented.
"Ryley being born on Valentine's Day was a sign that Ryan is still looking down on us and I couldn't have asked for a better Valentine's present."
Hayley, who had been living with Ryan and his family in Hawkfield Road, Hartcliffe, at the time of his death, is now trying to get used to life without him.
"Ryan's death has been very hard on all of us, especially me at this time as I know all he wanted more than anything was for us to have our own family," she said.
"The hardest thing is knowing he will never get to hold his son and see him grow up because I know he will be so much like his dad.
"This really hurts me but at least Ryley will know what an amazing dad he had because Ryan will never be forgotten – we will tell Ryley all about him.
"If I didn't have my family and friends at this time I don't think I would have coped as well as I have.
"I've had great support from everyone especially my mum and sister and Ryan's mum and dad."
Ryan and Hayley had dated for nine years after meeting at school.
At the time of his death, Ryan, 22, worked in waste collection for May Gurney – a job he enjoyed as the couple tried to save up for a mortgage.
During his teenage years, Ryan was a talented motocross rider and raced for Bristol Spartans.
Hayley is currently living with her mother Marie, but plans to move back in with Ryan's family in a few months time when Ryley is a older.
She said: "Ryan and I were together for nine years so I have always been very close to his family – just because Ryan isn't here doesn't mean I would want to lose contact as they are a very big part of mine and Ryley's life.
"I hope Ryley goes on to take up motocross as Ryan loved this sport and I know his dad Kevin would like to take Ryley, as he used to take Ryan when he was younger and they loved it."
"I just hope Ryley can go on to be like his dad – Ryan would have been so proud of his son."
Hayley said she and Ryan's family were still waiting for the cause of Ryan's death to be confirmed.
