Nailsea Electrical in Gloucester Road ram-raided
A well-known business on Gloucester Road has been ram-raided, causing £20,000 worth of damage.
Nailsea Electrical was targeted at about 2.50am by a gang of burglars who used a blue Volvo to smash their way through the roller shutters at the Berkeley Road entrance.
The initial impact destroyed the shop’s glass porch and damaged a Smeg fridge, Range cooker, two Neff double ovens, four washing machines, three tumble-dryers, an American Samsung side-by-side fridge and seven microwaves.
The burglars then stole four Dyson vacuum cleaners and two Kitchen Aid food mixers.
