Slumdog Millionaire director Danny Boyle's National Theatre production of Frankenstein was received rapturously by critics last year and went on to win a trophy cabinet full of awards, including the 2012 Olivier for Best Actor. That was shared between Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller, who alternated roles as Frankenstein and the monster. This ground-breaking production was originally broadcast live to cinemas. Now it's back on screen by popular demand in the NT's Encore series. You can catch the version with Benedict Cumberbatch as the creature on Thursday, June 14. Jonny Lee Miller plays Mr Nuts'n'bolts in the version that's screened at Vue Longwell Green and Vue Cribbs Causeway on Sunday, June 17.
