Model shares tips with Bristol hopefuls
Since he became a model seven years ago, friends of Michael Bailey have spotted him in some unusual places: in Comet stores, in adverts on the television, and on the front cover of Venue magazine.
Michael says that no two days as a model are alike, and one of the best things about the job is its variety.

One day he could be strutting down a catwalk in London, the next he could be at a photo shoot on the beach at Southend-on-Sea.
So not always glamorous, but Michael, 29, said that aspiring models such as himself have no time for an ego if they are to succeed in what can sometimes be a cut-throat business.
Michael is on the books of Mustard, a model agency in St Annes which has teamed up with the Evening Post to find Bristol's Next Top Model.
As well as a modelling contract, the winners will get an initial photo shoot with Mustard Model Agency, and get help developing a professional portfolio and ongoing support and advice.
Michael, who lives in London but grew up in St Andrews, attending Monks Park School and Filton College, said he wishes all the entrants luck in the competition.
Looks are obviously important, but our judges are also looking for people who are flexible, open-minded, amiable, take direction well and have a sparkling personality.
For Michael, who works as a barman when he not on modelling assignments, says these are very important qualities for anybody who aspires to be a model.
He said: "I really do enjoy my work as a model. It can be quite draining at times, it's not always easy, but it's normally good fun.
"Mustard are a very good agency. They are very professional and whoever wins the competition will certainly be looked after by them very well."
