McInnes to decide on Bates, McManus and Wilson next week
Bristol City boss Derek McInnes says he will hold talks with defenders Matthew Bates, Mark Wilson and Stephen McManus regarding their futures next week.
Wilson's short-term contract expires after Saturday's game against Leicester, while the deal offered to Bates back in November is up next Friday. And Scotland international McManus is due to return to Middlesbrough when his loan spell ends next Thursday.
McInnes said: "I've spoken to all three of them, but we have an important game at the weekend and it is only fair that we put things off until next week.
"We will get the game against Leicester done and then the business of sorting out the three lads will pick up next week."

McInnes is continuing to run the rule over Grasshoppers midfielder Frank Feltscher and is unlikely to make a final decision on the Venezuela international until the weekend.
Recommended by a European scout, the Swiss-born midfielder has been training with City's first team squad and scored twice in a friendly game against Forest Green Rovers on Tuesday.
Asked if Feltscher could become a short-term replacement for Albert Adomah, who is on African Nations Cup duty with Ghana, McInnes said: "It is still too early to say.
"It may be that something comes of it, but we are certainly not at the stage where we can confirm anything yet. We've had a look at him, he has had a look at us and we will see what transpires over the next few days."

“All three defenders can go along with Nyatanga.
I hope Fontaine's form improves or he can join them.Foster's average.
I'd only keep Carey if he can stay fit & Cunningham.”

“three back four players, together with other back four players we have had on loan shows the inconsistentsies we have had for nearly two seasons. Get your back four sorted first or pay the consequencies!”
