Those who have already committed themselves to the Cossham Street club include centre-back Scott Hendy and utility player Geraint Bater.
Mitchell Page, this season's leading scorer with nine goals, has also signed along with fellow striker Daine O'Connor, who netted four times in his 11 appearances.
The others who are staying to help Mangotsfield try to regain their Premier Division status at the first attempt are Ryan Bennett, Andy Criddle, Kyle Tooze and James Pilling, .
Midfielder, Ellis Wilmot and defender Neil Arndale are keeping their options open, but Jake Harris, Danny Barwood and goalkeeper Josh Clapham are leaving.
Bater said "I am really pleased with how well individual negotiations have gone.
"The capture of so many experienced players, despite what has been a tough season for the club, has given everyone a big boost. They are clearly happy here and wish to share in the club's vision for the future.
"What has also pleased me is the commitment, desire and maturity shown from the younger members of the squad, a number of whom will play an important role in the club's future.
"The club is going through a process of change both on and off the field. Andy Eisentrager (assistant manager) and I have had the opportunity to assess the existing squad over the past few months.
"Whilst we are working to a tight budget, we are both keen to bring in some fresh faces for next season. We have already been speaking to a number of potential players and these discussions have been very positive."
Mangotsfield are looking to form a supporters club ahead of the 2009/10 season. Key positions which require filling are those of chairman, treasurer and secretary. Any supporters interested should contact vice-chairman Chris Stone on 07973107717.
