Paul Weeks has left Almondsbury Town to take over as manager of Zamaretto League club Cinderford Town.

Weeks, who spent three years playing in goal for the Foresters, was appointed at Almondsbury in 2005 and steered the club to fifth, fourth and second-placed finishes in the past three seasons.

Assistant Steve Peters will be joining Weeks at The Causeway.
