A PENSIONER was threatened in his own home before being burgled.

Police are appealing for information to identify these two men after the 75 year old was targeted. At about 9.20pm on Friday, September 21, three men got into Knightstone Court, Whitehall, where they approached an elderly man who occupied one of the sheltered housing flats.

Police spokeswoman Claire Stanley said: "The men took the 75-year-old into his property and demanded money from him. At one point he was physically threatened."

"Officers have charged 48-year-old Oliver Chulk with aggravated burglary and he has been remanded to appear in court in October."
