POLICE have discovered a suspected cannabis factory after stopping and checking a man in Kingswood High Street.

The patrolling officers stopped the 21-year-old at about 5pm on Monday.

They said they had later found and seized 30 plants, growing and drying in a vacant flat.

The man was arrested on suspicion of producing cannabis and bailed pending forensic tests.
