This is Bristol

A man is in a critical condition with serious head injuries after being knocked unconscious outside a pub.

The 22-year-old was outside The Park Bar and Pub on Triangle West in Clifton at about 9.20pm on Friday when he was assaulted.

He was taken to Frenchay Hospital and a 27-year-old man was arrested.
