Paul Fleming, 30, of Froglands Way, Cheddar, has appeared via video link at Bristol Crown Court charged with the murder of Robert Horden, 30, on August 2.

The Recorder of Bristol Judge Tom Crowther QC remanded him in custody to HMP Exeter, pending a plea and case management hearing on November 10.

Mr Horden, of Barrows House, Tweentown, suffered a fatal stab wound to his chest.
