The raids were carried out by officers from Operation Beacon and the local neighbourhood policing team.
Police spokesman Martin Dunscombe said: "We would like to thank the local community who supported this operation and worked with us in recent months in relation to the harm caused to the community as a result of these properties.
"We will now work with the local housing agency with regards to the future of these properties."
