Man charged for Bristol court garlic attack
A 50-year-old man from Tetbury, who can't be named for legal reasons, has been charged with criminal damage after a garlic-smelling substance was secreted around several areas of Bristol Crown Court.
Two courts were cleared on Tuesday last week and court staff and barristers left the building of their own accord due to the nauseating odour.
Steps have been taken to clean the affected areas, but the smell remains.
