Man who abused his own children has died in prison
A PERVERT who was jailed for sexually abusing three of his children has died in prison, at the age of 81.
It is understood Donald Lear, who denied all his sickening acts saying his children were conspiring against him, died from cancer.
He was brought to justice by his son Vincent who bravely came forward to make sure his father's sins against his own flesh and blood didn't go unpunished.
His phone call to police led officers to extend the investigation and abuse suffered by Vincent's sisters Kirsten and Virginia was discovered.

In November 2010, 80-year-old Lear, of Blenheim Street, Easton, stood trial after refusing to admit a catalogue of indecent assaults and one rape telling police his children had collaborated against him to ruin his social life.
But a jury of six men and six women found him guilty and in December the same year he was jailed for 14 years.
A relative, who asked not to be named, told the Post: "His death, coming just 18 months after the trial, finally means his children can rest easy.
"His death is the justice everyone wished for during the court case. Finally, justice has been done."
Though Lear's wife Brenda was said to be present for much of the abuse, she suffers from dementia and no criminal charges were ever brought against her.
At the time, all three children took the difficult decision to waive their right to anonymity to tell the Post their disturbing story.
Kirsten, who was abused from the age of seven and raped by her father, told of how she and her siblings were "neglected with food and clothes and starved of any love."
She said that when her father had raped her she had wanted to kill herself and didn't know where to turn.
Virginia, abused from the age of nine, said she was often assaulted in the bath while in floods of tears.
She left home at 16 and struggled with intimacy saying: "I wanted to spend my life being pregnant, because when I was pregnant I never got any bother from a male."
She described her father as "a bastard, a coward and a waste of space," but declined to comment on his death.
Vincent told how he was forced to drink whiskey and watch his parents have sex when he was just 12.
"It was his idea of sex education," he said at the time. I didn't have sex with my mother, I felt embarrassed, violated and scared.
"I thought of all the embarrassment, all the guilt. I phoned the police and told them what he did. I wanted my father to feel the fear I felt that night."
A Prison Service spokesperson said: "HMP Channings Wood prisoner, Donald Lear died in hospital at 11.45am on June 28 . He is believed to have died from natural causes."

“shame he died of natural causes ,,,,,would have been much better news if he would have been beaten to death or hung or somthing a little more fitting, glad he died in prison though, as unfortunately alot of these *****s get released only for them to reoffend, justice in this country sucks”

“I have seen the lasting damage that these people cause. The survivors of abuse are often left with permanant issues with regard to intimacy and relationships. They miss out on the childhood that is so important to us all. No-one should ever have to suffer this kind of depravity. Well done to Vincent, Virginia and Kirsten for their bravery and courage.”

“Only less pedo, the world is now a little safer for children.
I prefer execution for child abusers - its cheaper and quicker.”
