Prospective parliamentary candidates for the Bristol West seat will take part in a political speed dating session with constituents on Thursday, where they will be quizzed on plans for education.

The 5.15pm event at Armada House has been organised by the University and College Union (UCU) and will bring together a "people's panel" of students, teachers, and parents.

Constituents will spend five minutes each with sitting MP and Liberal Democrat candidate Stephen Williams, Tory candidate Nick Yarker, Labour candidate Paul Smith and Green Party candidate Ricky Knight.
