MP announces arrival of fourth child
THE MP for North East Somerset Jacob Rees-Mogg, pictured, has announced the arrival of his fourth child.
His wife Helena gave birth to their third son Anselm Charles Fitzwilliam was born on June 22, weighing 8lb 5oz.
He is brother to four-year-old Peter, Mary, three and two-year-old Thomas.
Anselm has been named after St Anselm who was Archbishop of Canterbury between 1093 and 1109, and was a powerful political figure defending the church against William Rufus and Richard I.

He was named Charles after ancestor Charles, Marquis of Rockingham who was Prime Minister in the 1760s and briefly until his death in 1782.
Fitzwilliam is the family name of Mrs Rees-Mogg on her mother's side.
