The Post reported last week that parts of Bristol are being overrun by rats, which have been seen scavenging for food in broad daylight in some areas.

We asked you about your experiences - and dozens of you have answered our survey to send us some details of what you have seen.

“have you seen the rubbish that is just chucked out of cars , by young drivers girls/boys , from macy d and kfc , its no wonder, the rats rule the park , but the litter over there is bad , fried chicken in a box with fries , no wonder the rats are doing so well , they never had it so good !But the youth are to blame for the litter , they just drop without a care in the world , unless you sort out the litter , the rats will rule !”

“1 - Overrun with rats? Really? Over-egging the story more like.

2 - Still no option for "Never seen a rat in my area"?”
