Luxury Cabot Circus flats nearing completion
Work has begun on fitting out more than 100 luxury apartments above the new shops and restaurants in Quakers Friars.
Regeneration specialist MCD Developments Ltd is fitting out 119 flats in Horizon, the first phase of Cabot Circus Living, the main residential part of the acclaimed development.

The Cabot Circus flats will be ready by the summer
The first apartments will be ready to move into this summer.
One-bedroom apartments start at £189,500.
The flats have views over Castle Park and the Floating Harbour and on the other side overlook Quakers Friars with its exclusive shops, trees and water fountain.
Horizon flats are four storeys above street level and are in five separate buildings set around a landscaped rooftop garden.
The range of apartments includes pied-a-terre studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
The first apartment will be ready for viewing within a few weeks.
Until then, potential buyers can get more information on the apartments from the marketing suite in Wine Street.
Nearly all of the apartments have balconies or terraces where residents can enjoy the views and are being fitted out in a chic, sophisticated style.
MCD chief executive Steven Byrne said: "Where else can you live a stone's throw from designer shops and cafes, enjoy views from your own balcony over lush parkland or a European-style piazza and at the same time, have access to a private garden?
"It really is city living at its best."
The residential buildings were initially developed by the Bristol Alliance, the partnership behind Cabot Circus. Horizon was handed over to residential developer MCD late last year, allowing for the internal fit-out to begin.
Eclipse, the 15-storey tower rising above the Harvey Nichols store, will be handed over for fitting-out later this spring and is due for completion towards the end of next year.
The marketing suite for Cabot Circus Living is open seven days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 10.30am to 5pm, and Sundays from 11am to 4pm.

“£190k for a 1 bedroom apartment! 1 bloody bedroom! Good luck with that. What a rip off. There will always be some mugs who pay up though and make an instant loss of quite a few £000s.”

Thats a very 2006 price.
Must be closer to £120k now. New build flats have taken a huge fall in the last 3 years.”
