As reported in the Post the Galleries, Cabot Circus and Broadmead have joined forces for the first time to launch the publicity drive.

The aim is to propel the city centre into the premier league of the country's shopping destinations.

Until the £500 million Cabot Circus opened Bristol lagged way behind its rivals in terms of the amount of money spent by shoppers. According to the latest figures £1 billion was spent in the city centre last year making it the 11th most popular centre in the country.
