Late Leicester double denies Bristol Rovers victory
Full-time: Leicester City 2, Bristol Rovers 1
Two late goals from Matty Fryatt ended Bristol Rovers' seven-game unbeaten run as Leicester grabbed a stoppage-time winner at the Walkers Stadium.

Jo Kuffour's opener was not enough to stop Leicester
The Pirates had been only three minutes away from victory after Jo Kuffour's second-half goal put them in front.
But Fryatt fired home a leveller after being set up by former Rovers marksman Barry Hayles three minutes from time, then claimed a dramatic stoppage-time winner in a goalmouth scramble to break the hearts of nearly 3,000 travelling Gasheads.
Rovers also suffered a series of injury blows during the game as they lost no less than three full-backs to injury with Aaron Lescott, Joe Jacobson and David Pipe all limping off.
Craig Hinton had Rovers' best chance of the first half when he headed over from Stuart Campbell's corner.
But it was a game of few real opportunities until Kuffour half-volleyed the opener from 18 yards after latching on to Ryan Green's throw.
After that, the visitors had plenty of defending to do and looked like holding out until Fryatt took his tally for the season to 13 with his late double.
Bristol Rovers: Phillips, Pipe, Hinton, Anthony, Lescott, Campbell, Disley, Lines, Hughes, Lambert, Kuffour. Subs: R Green, Jacobson, Duffy, Hunt, M Green.
Leicester: Henderson, Hobbs, Tunchev, Kisnorbo, Mattock, King, Oakley, Dyer, Fryatt, Howard. Subs: Martin, Morrison, Hayles, Berner, Adams.

“Good game yesterday but the loss of 3 defenders was to much for the team to sustain”

“I'll ignore the inane comments of 'Big' Dave.
The defeat stemmed from Trollope's decision to make four positional changes following Pipe's injury. Trollope made things too complicated..
Rovers were also lucky because the ref refused to give Leicester 2 bang on penalties.”

“Oh dear , the blue few can disappear back into the woodwork , until you start winning again.”
