Next Wednesday's meeting at Leicester will be an all-chase affair after waterlogging claimed the four hurdle races on the card.

Four extra events over fences have now been created, entries for which must be made by noon today.

Clerk of the course Jimmy Stevenson said: "The going on the chase course is currently described as soft, with heavy patches where it crosses the hurdle course.

"We are very optimistic that the move to an all-chase card will allow the meeting to go ahead as planned."
