Lawrence Rovers' double winners put on champion show
A 3-0 home win against Chipping Sodbury Reserves crowned a memorable season for new Senior Division champions Lawrence Rovers, who also lifted the GFA Junior Cup after beating Bristol Sanctuary 2-0 in last week's final.
Luke Matthison put Rovers in front at the break from a cross by Clive Holmes, who added the second before making the opening for Denny Chapman to complete the tally.

"There will be a few corks popping tonight," said Rovers' delighted manager Tim Richards.
Made For Ever suffered a setback in the race for second place as they were held 2-2 by Wick Reserves. Mike Tucker, with a header, and Reece Jones put Made For Ever in command with first-half goals, but Ben Burrell's double earned Wick a point.

Seasoned campaigner Steve Sharpe bowed out on a high note after more than 25 years at Winterbourne when he notched a hat-trick to help the A team come from behind to beat Nicholas Wanderers A 3-2 in Division II in his final match before retiring from the game.
Wanderers led 2-0 at the break thanks to Dave Denning and Jay Lucas but were stunned by Sharpe's second-half treble.

In the race for second place, Warmley Saints failed to take advantage of Hanham's defeat by going down 2-1 at Chipping Sodbury Town A.
Shirehampton A secured their seventh win of the season with a 3-2 away victory at Oakland, who had Richard Garratt and John Poole on the scoresheet, while a Jamie Constable goal gave Olveston United Reserves a 1-0 home win over bottom club Hillfields Old Boys Reserves.
With just one game to go in Division IV, the race for the title took what could be a decisive turn when the joint leaders met at the weekend.
Bradley Stoke Town ran out 3-0 winners at home to Shireway Sports thanks to Craig Potter, Sam Chilcott and Nathan Corney.

Southmead Community Sports kept up their title lead with a 5-1 home win over third-placed Roman Glass St George B, Dion Williams scoring a hat-trick for the home side.
