Laptop theft charge
A 20-YEAR-OLD man from Yate has been charged with handling a stolen laptop.
He was arrested on Wednesday as part of a police crackdown on crime and was charged on Friday.
He has been released on police bail to appear before Northavon Magistrates at a date in November.
Since last month there have been 701 arrests during the latest phase of Avon and Somerset Police's Operation Relentless campaign against persistent criminals.
