Laird will keep faith with team
Craig Laird will avoid knee-jerk reactions when naming his Weston-super-Mare side to face Blue Square Bet South new boys Billericay today.
The Seagulls manager watched his team surrender a two-goal lead to lose 4-2 at home to promotion-chasing Boreham Wood last time out, but the Scot knows his players well enough to dismiss that performance as a "one-off" and will, by and large, give the same personnel an opportunity to make amends in Essex.

Kane Ingram, left, returns to Weston-super-Mare's midfield at Billericay tomorrow
"Sometimes you have to admit you were just beaten by the better side on the day and move on," said Laird. "Their substitutes made a big difference when they came on and they were better in both penalty areas towards the end of the game.
"That does not mean we look to change everything and panic. We were on the wrong end of some heavy defeats earlier in the season and the players came through a rough patch. They did it then and they can do it again now."

The Seagulls will be boosted by the return of play-maker Kane Ingram, who missed last Saturday's defeat through a one-match suspension.
Runaway leaders Salisbury will hope to consolidate their eight-point advantage at the top when Maidenhead visit this afternoon.
