Jury in vicar murder trial retires to consider verdict
A JURY has retired to consider its verdicts in the trial of the man accused of murdering Thornbury vicar John Suddards.
Stephen Farrow admits killing Mr Suddards, 59, in the vicarage of St Mary's church in February but denies a charge of murder, claiming that he suffers from a rare psychopathic personality disorder.
He also denies murdering 77-year-old Betty Yates at her home in Worcestershire in January.
Farrow, 48, admits burgling another house in Thornbury over last Christmas.
