Jury considers verdict in trial over death of motorcyclist
JURORS in the trial of a man charged with causing death by careless driving have retired to consider their verdict.
Leroy Hawthorne- Brown, right, 27, of Victoria Avenue, Redfield, denies the offence after an incident on Falcondale Road in November 2011, in which motorcyclist Marcus Wideson died. The jury at Bristol Crown Court has heard Mr Wideson came off his bike into the path of an oncoming car.
