Josh scores all four as Pirates coast to victory
YOUNG striker Josh Klein-Davies scored all four goals as Rovers brushed aside the challenge of Swedish side MABI in their latest pre-season friendly.
The home team created few goalscoring opportunities, but battled hard throughout the 90 minutes and made a young Rovers side work hard for victory in the second match of their Scandinavian tour.

Star of the show: Josh Klein-Davies enhanced his claims ahead of the new season with all four goals in Rovers' defeat of Malmo Anadolu
The line-up included goalkeeper Mike Green, defender Tom Parrinello and midfielder James Fraser.
Craig Hinton skippered the side and Ryan Green returned from injury to make his first start for the club since last November.
The opening stages of the game were frantic, but both sides tried to employ a passing game on what was a perfect playing surface.
Neither goalkeeper was called into serious action, although Mike Green did clatter his central defender Byron Anthony as he came out for a cross, but the Welsh U-21 player was able to continue after treatment from physio Phil Kite.
Klein-Davies gave Rovers the lead in the 19th minute after he raced on to Ryan Green's pass before rifling an unstoppable shot past Edon Gashi.
Sohan Akesson shot over the bar shortly afterwards, but Andy Williams went close to increasing Rovers lead only to be denied by Gashi, who dived at his feet to cut out the danger.
Klein-Davies, who flies to Manchester tomorrow to link up with the Welsh Under-19 squad, scored his second goal of the evening on 59 minutes when he headed home a Williams cross from close range. And the striker added two more goals in the closing stages.
He completed his hat-trick in the 80th minute when shooting into the top corner from Sean Rigg's pass, before knocking in his fourth from a Chris Lines cross from the right with seven minutes remaining.
Rovers coach Paul Trollope said: “Josh managed to get four goals in what was a good team display. It was a very good workout for us and some of the younger players got 90 minutes under their belt.
“Tom Parrinello, James Fraser and, obviously, Josh, coped very well on the night. You never know how players will perform in different surroundings, but they all did very well.
“It was a good exercise and to score four goals, and for Josh to get them all, was very good.
“Our opponents were probably made to look worse than they were, as they were very good technically, and had a bit of pace up front.
“But we looked fit and strong and passed the ball very well, which was pleasing.
“MABI made us work hard, which is what we wanted, but their threat was nullified very well by Craig Hinton and Byron Anthony, who look to be reaching full fitness.”
There was a welcome return for Ryan Green, whose last competitive start in a Rovers shirt was against Swindon eight months ago.
“It was good to see Ryan back in the side, as it was a worrying time for him last season, with the operation on his Achilles,” said Trollope. “We are delighted to see him back and, as always, his quality shone through and he got back in the groove easily.”
