James Pilling's super-strike fires Bitton to Western League victory at Buckland Athletic
Bitton boss John Lester described James Pilling's brilliant winner at Buckland last night as the Toolstation League's "goal of the season."
Pilling netted with a thunderous 30-yard volley as Bitton took the points in a hard-fought Premier League clash in Devon.
A delighted Lester said: "That is as good a goal as I've seen in this league all season. It has to be a candidate for goal of the season."
Bitton showed tremendous character to hold on, forced as they were to play the second half with 10 men following Ryan Batten's sending-off.
