An inquest is to be held into the death of a man whose body was found in a tent in a Bristol park.

The man, believed to be in his 50s, was found by a woman jogging in Arnos Vale Park on Wednesday morning.

Police were called and the man was confirmed dead at the scene.

Avon and Somerset police said yesterday that the man's death was not thought to be suspicious and the case has now been referred to the coroner.

The man's name has not been released.
