Ex-Gloucester rugby player launches Sevens website
A promising Gloucester rugby player whose career was ended by injury has launched a business venture.
Tim Lacey signed for Gloucester in 1996 as an 18-year-old but wrecked his knee on a skiing trip with Bristol University and never played again.
Now he has launched the Ultimate Rugby Sevens website at www.UR7s.com to coincide with the IRB World Series and IRB Sevens Rugby World Cup.

“Great story! I remember seeing you turn out for the cherry and whites back in the day! 7s is a brilliant game that is more global then 15s - my kids love it! Fingers crossed for rightful place in the Olympics!”
